William M. Kozich

Billy is a partner at Caroselli Beachler & Coleman and has been with the firm since 2016. He graduated from Washington & Jefferson College in 2010 and Duquesne University School of Law in 2013. Prior to joining the firm, Billy was a prosecutor in the Greene County District Attorneys office, gaining significant trail experience, handling many criminal matters, including drug and sex offenses, from investigation to trial. During his time with the firm, Billy has handled many different types of cases from auto and truck accidents, slips, trips, and falls, to mesothelioma and other asbestos cancers. He is also proud of the work he has done to hold institutions accountable like the Catholic Church, nursing homes, and the Commonwealth and local agencies.
As an active member of the legal and local community, he is currently a member of the Pennsylvania Association of Justice Board of Governors, the Allegheny County Bar Associations Civil Litigation Committee, and the American Association of Justice FAIR committee. He has also consulted with Operation Better Block out of Homewood to help indigent clients maintain homeownership, the Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing Task Force, and served on the Neighborhood Legal Services Board of Directors.
At home in Mt. Lebanon, when he’s not watching horror movies, he’s in the woods with his husband, golden retriever, and baby.
