Pittsburgh car crash kills two

Most drivers who take the risk and disobey safe speed limits could have a serious effect on themselves and other drivers on the road. Once a driver goes over the safe speed limit, the consequences could be quite serious. Drivers who speed are unable to handle a vehicle if they need to react suddenly. They do not have control over the vehicle and are increasing the likelihood of a serious accident.

Due to reckless driving, two men were killed and two others injured in Pittsburgh after crashing and flipping their car several times during early morning hours. Police said the men were traveling at a very high level of speed. They lost control on a turn and veered off the side of the road. The car then skidded on some gravel and when the driver tried to correct the car, it flipped over approximately six times.

When someone dies through the negligent act of another in a car accident, wrongful death attorneys can help prove that the accident was caused by a negligent driver. Officials from the local Fire Department said that the driver who was speeding tried to bring the car back on the road, but overcorrected and when the car went sideways, it started to roll.

Two of the men in the car died as a result of the accident and the driver and a passenger were taken to local hospitals and were treated for their injuries. At least three of the four men in the vehicle were ejected.

People who file a wrongful death claim may be able to receive compensation for funeral, burial and memorial expenses and general damages. To determine where negligence lies, a legal professional should organize a detailed investigation into the accident and then recommend the best course of legal action to take.
