Sam S. Dhaliwal

Attorney Sam Dhaliwal is an associate attorney at the law firm of Caroselli, Beachler, and Coleman, where he has worked as a law clerk since the summer of 2020. He graduated from West Virginia University College of Law was admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania on October 11, 2022 and West Virginia on May 10, 2023. He enjoys hunting, fishing, rock climbing, and the outdoors, and is a zealous advocate for injured people on their path towards redress and justice.

He received his bachelor’s degree from West Virginia University, majoring in English and minoring in Political Science. Throughout his undergraduate studies, he worked in construction and landscaping which spurred an interest in representing injured workers and ultimately drew him to Caroselli, Beachler, and Coleman. In law school, he served as the Vice President of the Environmental Law Society, founded the WVU Chapter of Backcountry Hunters and Anglers, and worked as a student clinician in the WVULAW Land Use and Sustainable Development Clinic. Currently serving in the Bar Leadership Initiative for the Allegheny Bar Association.
