THOMAS G. SMITH: For workers' compensation claimants and also other clients that we meet, we have satellite locations where we will meet with people throughout Western Pennsylvania. We've been fortunate over the years to have relationships with different unions, not only the steel workers but the electrical workers, iron workers, and other types of unions. And they've been gracious enough to allow us to use their union halls. We do that so that individuals can feel comfortable not having to travel from out-of-the-way locations to the city, as far north as Erie, as far east as Louistown, south into Fayette County to Washington County. So we meet with about 20 different locations each month. If we agree to accept to represent someone, we're going to do whatever we have to do to make sure that person is taken care of, that we talk to them, that we work with them, and we see their case through to the end.
