WILLIAM R.CAROSELLI: One of the things that people ask us is what about fees. And most of the fees that this firm is paid is on what's called a contingent fee basis.
JOHN W. MCTIERNAN: At our office, we advance the costs. There are no expenses that we ask the individual to share in as we litigate the case to its conclusion. When an individual contacts our firm, whether they meet here in the office, whether we make arrangements to meet them at some other location, whether their home, at the hospital, whenever it may be, there is no fee for the initial consultation. The only time there is a fee charged if we do something that results in a recovery to that individual.
KELLY L. ENDERS: We do not ask for clients to give us a retainer or to cover any of the costs.
We only get reimbursed the cost in our fee if we successfully pursue the case to settlement or trial and verdict's in favor of the client. It's a risk that we take because we have a strong belief in the merit of the case.
