William M. Kozich
Originally from Greene County, Pennsylvania, Mr. Kozich joined Caroselli Beachler in the fall of 2016. Previously, Mr. Kozich worked in a small insurance defense firm in Pittsburgh. Mr. Kozich also previously served as an Assistant District Attorney in Greene County where he gained extensive litigation and investigative experience in the successful prosecution of numerous criminal cases at trial. Mr. Kozich also served as the judicial clerk for the then President Judge, the Honorable William Nalitz and the Honorable Farley Toothman in the Court of Common Pleas of Greene County. Mr. Kozich’s prior experience additionally includes volunteer work through the Equity Protection Legal Clinic in Pittsburgh, where he provided transactional legal services to indigent currently consults for the nonprofit organization, Operation Better Block out of Homewood.
